Amit Bidwai is a Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon with a special interest in Shoulder and Elbow Surgery based at Sherwood Forest Hospitals in Nottinghamshire. His specialist interest is in joint replacement of the shoulder and he has co-authored the BOA / BESS Patient Care Pathway for the treatment of Glenohumeral osteoarthritis. He is the current operational lead for the introduction and development of ODEP ratings for shoulder replacements.
