Agilis Ti-Por®
-Acetabular Cup
The Agilis Ti-Por®; is a cementless monobloc acetabular system composed of an outer metal shell manufactured from Titanium Alloy and an inner Biolox Delta®; ceramic liner.
The metal shell has a hemispherical shape with a flattened pole and it’s manufactured directly from Titanium alloy powder employing a 3D printing technology called Electron Beam Melting. This manufacturing system allows the production of a metal shell with an extremely rough monolithic tri-dimensional surface (Ti-Por®;) with interconnected pores and an average porosity of 700µm.
The Biolox Delta®; ceramic liner is pre-assembled into the metal shell following a carefully factory controlled process.
Cup Sizes available: 42 to 66 mm in 2 mm increments.
The Agilis Ti-Por®; ceramic liners inner diameters range from 32mm to 48mm.
